OUR INVESTIGATORS
Gordon Gratias
Gordon secured his private investigator license in 1971 after working for another PI for two years. He was the co-founder and past President of the Iowa Association of Private Investigators and was the Chairperson of the Ethics Committee for seven years. He has over 45 years of experience investigating criminal and civil case across the country at the state and federal level.
Scott Gratias
Scott received his Private Investigators license in 1989 and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1991 with a Bachelors Degree in Criminology. Scott is a member of the Iowa Association of Private Investigators and a member of The Academy of Private Investigators. Scott has over 30 years of experience and specializes in criminal defense investigation and criminal and civil backgrounds.
Juliet Gratias
Juliet began her investigative career after graduating from the University of Iowa, where she earned her degree in history and secondary education. She joined the company as a Process Server. Today, Juliet serves as our newest Private Investigator.
Wendy Young
Wendy has worked at Gratias Investigations Inc. since 2002. Wendy is the Office Manager and a certified legal assistant. She assists with investigations and manages all process services.
Ali Ney
Ali started as an investigator working for the Missouri Department of Corrections in 2014. She then moved on to work for the Missouri Public Defender’s office in the Post Conviction Relief division. She obtained her Private Investigators License in 2018 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Northern Iowa.
David Hindman
David obtained his Private Investigators License in 2022 after graduating from University of Northern Iowa. He has a degree in Digital Media and specializes in video editing and production.
